Shipping policy

• Order Processing: Usually within 2–4 business days.

• Shipping Methods: Domestic (India) shipments via India Post or courier. International shipping available when supported by Shopify.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on weight/location.

• Tracking & Delays: Tracking is provided; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.

• Care Instructions: See product description for special handling (e.g., fragile, eco-packaging).

• Damaged Shipments: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we may offer replacement or store credit if validated.

• Unclaimed Packages: If returned to us as undelivered, re-shipment will incur additional shipping charges.
