Refund policy

At ThriftWalla, all sales are final. We do not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. Please choose carefully before purchasing second-hand products, as they are sold “as is” in their current condition.

• No returns or refunds due to change of mind.

• No returns for incorrect sizing, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

• No returns accepted for used, altered, or damaged items post-delivery.

If an item arrives significantly damaged or differs notably from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion after review.
